Follow the directions below to check on your subscription, upgrade from the trial version, or renew Antivirus for Mac.

Viewing Subscription Information

  1. Click the Antivirus for Mac icon near the top right corner of your screen, and then select Open Trend Micro Antivirus...
  2. Click Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac near the top left corner of the screen, and then select Subscription...
  3. Your subscription information will appear in the window that opens, or else you will see instructions explaining how to activate the software

Upgrading from the Trial Version

  1. Click the Antivirus for Mac icon near the top right corner of your screen, and then select Open Trend Micro Antivirus...
  2. Click Buy Now in the bottom right corner of the window that opens.
  3. Follow the instructions shown to make a purchase.

Renewing Antivirus for Mac

  1. Click the Antivirus for Mac icon near the top right corner of your screen, and then select Open Trend Micro Antivirus...
  2. Click Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac near the top left corner of the screen, and then select Subscription...
  3. Click Renew Now in the window that opens, and follow the instructions shown.

    Depending on your Internet connection speed and how many others have connected to the registration server, your expiration date might refresh right away, or much later.
