February 2, 2026—The TrendAI Vision One™ Credits license is now called the TrendAI™ Flex (credits) license, reflecting the new TrendAI™ Flex model—a clearer and more flexible way to manage your license entitlements. This update
continues the transition that began in January 2026, when all new orders and renewals
adopted the credits‑based model. All previously purchased solutions and packages remain
fully available, and there is no change to your entitlements.
TrendAI™ Flex provides improved visibility into your total credit balance, how you are using credits,
and how TrendAI Vision One™ draws down credits from your balance each month. To make this information more easily
accessible, Licensing Information and Platform Usage and Credits have moved from Administration
to the new TrendAI™ Flex Licensing section of the navigation bar.
