Endpoint Security Policies now supports excluding hash values from Anti-Malware scans

January 12, 2025—You can now exclude file hash values from Anti-Malware scans using Endpoint Security Policies.

To exclude hash values, create a hash list in Policy Resources, then add the list to the Anti-Malware scan exclusions in your Endpoint Security Policies. Currently, only SHA-1 values are supported for this release. Support for additional hash types is coming soon.
