Continuous reloading or looping usually points to time synchronization or proxy configuration issues.

Time Sync: If using an On-Premises Gateway, ensure your NTP server is configured and the time is synced. Refer toService Gateway CLI commands, and follow the configure ntp command description.
Proxy Loop: If using NTLM/Kerberos authentication, add the Auth Proxy FQDN to your PAC file or proxy bypass list.
