  • You can only perform a fresh installation of the Trend Micro Apex One Service Pack 1 server. Upgrading from previous Trend Micro Apex One versions to Trend Micro Apex One Service Pack 1 is not supported.
  • You cannot perform a fresh installation of the Trend Micro Apex One server on the server computer with Trend Micro Apex Central installed.
