Configuring Installation Message

Users can access the URL in the installation SMS message to start the installation process. You can change the text in the installation SMS message in the Installation Message screen.

To configure the SMS installation message text:

  1. In the Mobile Security management screen, click Administration > SMS Sender/Gateway Settings.

  2. Click the Installation Message tab. The Installation Message tab displays.

  3. Type the text (up to 50 alphanumeric characters) to be displayed in the installation SMS message and click Save.

  4. The installation message must contain the characters %s which will automatically be replaced with the URL that enables users to download the Mobile Device Agent installation package.
