Disable a User Account

Disable a user account to temporarily prevent a user from accessing the Control Manager network. This preserves the user account information and still allows you to re-enable the user account anytime in the future.

• Active Directory users cannot have their accounts disabled from Control Manager. To disable an Active Directory user you must disable the account from the Active Directory server.

To disable a user account:

1. Access the User Accounts screen.

2. On the working area of the Add User or Edit User screen, select the Disable this account check box.

3. Click Next>>.

4. Click Apply.
