Select Accounts | Senders/Recipients

A brief description of the options available on this screen is available below.

• Anyone: Select to specify any sender/recipient.

• Specific Accounts: Select to specify the sender/recipient accounts to include in this policy.

• Search drop down: Select to search from Active Directory groups or ScanMail Special Groups.

• Search: Type an account to search for an account in the group you selected above then click the Search button.

• Users: Select to search in the Users.

• Groups: Select to search in Groups

• Contacts: Select to search in Contacts.

• Add >>: Click to add to the selected account from the list.

• <<Remove: Click to remove the selected account from the list.

• Exclude accounts: Click to specify accounts to exclude from this policy.

• Save: Click save changes.

• Cancel: Click to cancel.
