You can integrate Worry-Free Services with Trend Vision One to forward detection logs, policy settings, and Security Agent information to Trend Vision One.

To get started with the integration, you need an active Trend Vision One account. For more information, see the Trend Vision One online help.

Procedure

  1. Generate an enrollment token in Trend Vision One. Do the following:
    1. Go to Trend Vision One → Access Trend Vision One.
    2. Log onto the Trend Vision One console.
    3. Go to Service Management → Product Instance.
    4. Click Add Existing Product.
    5. From the Instance type drop-down list, select Worry-Free Business Security Services.
    6. Click the link to generate an enrollment token.
    7. Copy the enrollment token for use on the Worry-Free Services web console.
    8. Click Save.
  2. On the Worry-Free Services console, go to Trend Vision One.
  3. Paste the enrollment token you obtained from Trend Vision One.
  4. Click Register.
    Wait until the registration process is complete.
    Important
    Important
    After registering, the update process begins. You cannot undo or stop this action.
    To unregister and disconnect Worry-Free Services from Trend Vision One, go to the Product Instance screen in the Trend Vision One console.

    After you unregister Worry-Free Services from Trend Vision One, a new enrollment token is required to register to Trend Vision One again.
