Perform this task on the target endpoint or copy the listDeviceInfo.exe file obtained from the task to the target endpoint. Ensure that the removable storage devices are connected to the target endpoint.

Procedure

  1. Sign into the Worry-Free Business Security Services web console.
  2. Go to POLICIES → Global Exception Lists.
  3. Click Allowed USB Device List.
  4. Click How to get device information and click Device List Tool to download the tool.
  5. Double-click the listDeviceInfo.exe file.
    The Device List Tool displays the device information in your browser.
  6. Use the following information in the Allowed USB Device List:
    • Vendor
    • Model
    • Serial ID
