Use the list to exclude SHA-1 hash values from Predictive Machine Learning scanning on Windows endpoints.

Procedure

  1. Go to POLICIES → Global Exception Lists.
  2. Click Predictive Machine Learning Exception List.
  3. To add an exception:
    1. Click Add.
    2. Specify the file SHA-1 hash value to exclude from scanning.
    3. Optionally provide a note regarding the reason for the exception or to describe the file name(s) associated with the hash value.
    4. Click Add.
      Predictive Machine Learning adds the file hash to the Exceptions list.
  4. To edit an exception:
    1. Click the file hash.
    2. Update the exception.
    3. Press the ENTER key to save the changes.
  5. To delete an exception, point to the exception and click delete.jpg in the last column of the list.
  6. Click Save.
