Getting Device Information on Mac | Trend Micro Service Central

Views:

On the Mac endpoint where external devices are connected, go to (Apple menu) → About This Mac.
Click the System Report button.
Go to Hardware → USB.
Select the target USB device.

The device information appears.
Use the following information in the Allowed USB Device List:
- Manufacturer
- Product ID
- Serial number
