Complete the following steps to connect Trend Micro Email Security to Remote Manager when creating a new
customer.
NoteIf Trend Micro Email Security was added to the customer's account from Licensing
Management Platform, you do not need to complete the following steps.

Procedure
- On the Customers screen, click New Customer
- Enter the customer information and click Next >.
- Select a Trend Micro Email Security service plan.
- Select a start date for the service plan.
- Type the number of seats to include in the license.
- Click SaveA dialogue appears containing a key.
- Copy the key and click OK.
- Sign into the customer's Trend Micro Email Security console.
- Go to .
- Enter the key.
- Click Connect.
