Complete the following steps to connect Trend Micro Email Security to Remote Manager when creating a new customer.

If Trend Micro Email Security was added to the customer's account from Licensing Management Platform, you do not need to complete the following steps.

Procedure

  1. On the Customers screen, click New Customer
  2. Enter the customer information and click Next >.
  3. Select a Trend Micro Email Security service plan.
  4. Select a start date for the service plan.
  5. Type the number of seats to include in the license.
  6. Click Save
    A dialogue appears containing a key.
  7. Copy the key and click OK.
  8. Sign into the customer's Trend Micro Email Security console.
  9. Go to AdministrationRemote Manager.
  10. Enter the key.
  11. Click Connect.
