If a node on the domain tree (under the Customers tab)
does not expand when clicked, group and Security Agent information on the Worry-Free
Business
Security server and the Trend Micro Remote
Manager
server may be out of sync.
To resolve this issue:

Go to thescreen.

Hover over the node on the Products tab that does not expand.

Click the Settings icon ().

Click Sync.Trend Micro Remote Manager instructs the Worry-Free Business Security server to resend the group information.
