Configuring console settings

Views:

Console settings determine the logo that customers see in the banner and the automatic timeout frequency for inactive users.

Select the image that you want to use in the banner.

The logo must be a .png, .jpg, .bmp, or .gif image with a suggested size of 600 (width) by 60 (height).

Select the Session timeout frequency in which Remote Manager uses to automatically sign out inactive users.
Click Save.
