Update the Scanning Tool whenever required.

  1. Plug in the Scanning Tool on a computer with access to the update source.
    Note:

    For details on update source settings, refer to Changing the Scanning Tool Settings.

  2. From the Scanning Tool console, go to the Status & Update tab.

  3. Click Update Now.
