To be able to manage iOS mobile devices from the Mobile Security Management Server, you must install a provisioning profile on the mobile devices. This provisioning profile must identify you (through your development certificate) and your device (by listing its unique device identifier).

The JavaScript must be enabled for Safari on iOS mobile devices for enrollment. Otherwise, the enrollment will be unsuccessful.
You can enroll the MDA using one of the following methods:
  • Enroll using QR code.
    Use this method if you are using the Local Communication Server or the Cloud Communication Server.
  • Enroll using server address.
    Use this method if you are using the Local Communication Server.
  • Enroll without using server address.
    Use this method if you are using the Cloud Communication Server.
