Use the following procedure to add existing groups from PolicyServer MMC to Control Manager.

  1. Log on to PolicyServer MMC.
  2. Gather the following information:
    • Total number of groups, their names, and the subgroups
    • All users assigned to each group
    • The policy configuration of each group
  3. Log on to Control Manager.
  4. For each group in PolicyServer MMC, configure a new policy that matches the corresponding group policy configuration.
    Note:

    Subgroups are not supported in Control Manager. To replicate the subgroup policy settings, create a separate policy for each subgroup.

  5. Add users to each corresponding new policy.
  6. Deploy each policy.
