Configure address rewriting settings in Deep Discovery Email
Inspector to change the
recipient or sender addresses in email messages before delivery. You can use the
address rewriting feature, for example, to reroute specific messages to a different
email host, or to map one user name to another user name.

You can configure rewriting rules to replace the entire email address or only the
domain portion of the address. The following table shows some examples.

Procedure
- Go to .The Address Rewriting screen appears.
- Select Enable address rewriting to enable this feature.
- Select the location of the sender and recipient addresses to match.
- Configure one or more address rewriting rules. Do one of the the
following:

To import rules from a file, click Import and select the CSV file that contains the rule settings.

To manually add a rule, complete the following steps:

Type the original email address.

Type the new email address to replace the original email address.

Select the address type (Sender, Recipient, or Sender and recipient) to apply the rule.

Click Add.

After you have configured one or more rules, you can:-
Click Delete to remove the selected entries.

Click Export to export the selected entries in a CSV file.
