- Go to and click the Smart Feedback tab.

Configure Smart Feedback settings.
- Select Enable Smart Feedback (recommended) to send protected threat information to Trend Micro from your network.
- Select Submit suspicious files to Trend Micro to send high-risk files to Trend Micro for further investigation.
