Cloud Edge Cloud Console uses UTF-8
encoding for the CSV file to support more languages. Some spreadsheet programs
(Microsoft Excel) may require additional configurations to correctly render CSV
files encoded in UTF-8.
NoteTrend Micro recommends using Google Spreadsheet to
prepare the hosted users and groups CSV file.

Procedure
- Create the CSV file in the following format.
user name, full name, email address, group, description, enable, password juser, joe user, joeuser@example.com, group1, user's group, yes, asdg#2345
- Open the CSV file in Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet program.
- Go to .
- In the Save as type drop-down menu, select CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv).
- Click Save.
- If using Microsoft Excel, click Yes to confirm.
- Open the CSV file in Notepad or another text editor.
- Go to .
- Set the Encoding drop-down menu to UTF-8.
- Click Save.
