When you enable the Data Loss Prevention option, you can also
enable or disable individual Data Loss Prevention rules. The green check icon indicates
the rule is enabled. The red "x" icon indicates the rule is disabled. You can click
the
icon to toggle between enabled and disabled states.
The following options are available on this screen:
Rule: Click to edit the rule.
Add: Opens the Add Rule screen
that allows you to configure a new rule.
Copy: Allows you to copy a selected rule from the
list.
Delete: Allows you to delete a rule from the
list.
Priority: Click the arrow to change the rule
priority.
Status: Click the icon to enable or disable the
rule.
Save: Click to save the rule.
