Export Endpoint List

Export a list of all endpoints in the TMAgent Manager client tree to a .csv file.

To export the endpoint list to a .csv file:

• Plug-in Manager > Manage Program > Export All

1. Select Save and then browse to the location where you want to save the .csv file. You can also select Open to view the file contents in the Web browser.

2. View endpoint information in the .csv file. Information is current at the time the endpoint list was exported and may change thereafter. Information includes:

• Domain—the client tree domain to which the endpoint belongs

• Host Name—the endpoint's host name

• IP Address—the endpoint's IP address

• Connectivity—the endpoint's connection status with the OfficeScan server (Online, Offline, or Roaming)

• Note: The connection status of Threat Management Agent with its parent server (Threat Mitigator or Network VirusWall Enforcer) is indicated in the Server Address column.

• Status—the status of the most recent task performed on the endpoint

• TMAgent Version—the version of Threat Management Agent installed on the endpoint. If the agent is not installed on the endpoint, the version is "N/A".

• Server Address—Contains the following information separated by colons (for example, 192.1.1.1:5088:1):

• The IP address of the server (Threat Mitigator or Network VirusWall Enforcer) to which the agent communicates

• The port number used for agent-server communication

• The connection status of Threat Management Agent with its parent server. "1" means that connection can be established, and "0" means that there is no connection.

• Note: If the agent communicates with multiple servers, the addresses of all the servers display.
  
  If the agent is not installed on the endpoint, the server address is "N/A".

• TMAgent Manager client version—the version of TMAgent Manager client, which is the program that facilitates communication between TMAgent Manager and Threat Management Agent

• Latest Report Time—the date/time TMAgent Manager client last communicated with TMAgent Manager

• Client GUID—the Globally Unique Identifier (GUID) used by the OfficeScan server to identify individual clients

• Windows OS Platform—the Windows operating system running on the endpoint

• Display Icon—indicates whether the Threat Management Agent icon is visible in the endpoint's system tray

• Note: If the agent is not installed on the endpoint, the status is "Hidden".
  
  The option to hide the icon is found on the Threat Mitigator console (navigate to Mitigation Settings > Agent Settings).
