Configuring an Update Source

Use this screen to specify an alternate update source. The default update source is the Trend Micro ActiveUpdate Server.

To configure the Update Source:

1. Click Updates on the main menu. The drop-down menu displays.

2. Click Source. The Update Source screen displays.

3. Select the Trend Micro ActiveUpdate Server or select Other update source and type the URL. The URL must begin with an "http://".

4. Click Save.

To retry unsuccessful updates:

1. Click Updates on the main menu. The drop-down menu displays.

2. Click Source. The Update Source screen displays.

3. Select the Retry unsuccessful updates check box.

4. Select the Number of retry attempts, Retry interval, and Download timeout.

5. Click Save.
