Trend Micro recommends updating the components regularly. You can schedule Threat Discovery Appliance to automatically download the latest updates from the Trend Micro Web site or from another server on the network. Using scheduled updates is an easy and effective way to ensure that your protection against viruses and other Internet threats is always current.

• Note: Update the Threat Appliance Firmware from the Firmware Update screen.
