Configuring Email Notification Settings

• Notifications/Reports > Settings

If you want to send email message notifications to the users, then you must configure these settings.

To configure email notification settings:

1. Click Notifications/Reports > Settings. The Notification Settings screen displays.

2. In Email Settings section, type the From email address, the SMTP server IP address and its port number.

3. If the SMTP server requires authentication, select Authentication, and then type the username and password.

4. Click Save.

To configure an SMS sender:

1. In the Mobile Security management screen, click Notifications/Reports > Settings.

2. In the SMS Sender Settings section, click Add to configure a new cell phone number to use for SMS messaging.

3. On the Input Phone Number pop-up dialog box, type the phone number you want to use to send SMS messages, and click Save. The SMS senders list displays the phone number that you added. Check that the Status field displays Connected for the number you have configured. If the Status field displays "Disconnected", make sure the SMS sender can connect to the Management Server.

4. Click Save to save the setting.
