Administrator Notifications/Reports

Use theAdministrator Notification screen to type the subject of the message, the recipients, and the SMTP server details.

To configure administrator notifications and reports:

  1. Click Notifications/Reports > Administrator Notifications/Reports.

  2. Select the notifications and reports you want to receive via email, and then click on individual notifications and reports to modify their contents.

  3. While editing the Message field in email notification messages, make sure to include the token variables <%PROBLEM%> , <%REASON%> and <%SUGGESTION>, which will be replaced by the actual values in the email message.

  1. Click Save when done, to return back to the Administrator Notifications/Reports screen.
