User Notification

• Notification > To User

Use the User Notification screen to configure email and/or SMS text message notification.

To configure user notification:

1. Click Notification > To User.

2. Do either or both of the following as per your requirements:

• If you want to configure email notification messages, select Email Settings, and update the following details as required:

• Subject: The subject of the email message.

• Message: The body of the email message.

5. While editing the Message field, make sure to include the token variables <%downloadUrl%>, which will be replaced by the actual URL in the email message.

• If you want to configure text notification messages, select Text Message Settings, and update the body of the email message in the Message field.

• While editing the Message field, make sure to include the token variables <%downloadUrl%>, which will be replaced by the actual URL in the email message.

3. Click Save.
