Administrator Notification

Use theAdministrator Notification screen to type the subject of the message, the recipients, and the SMTP server details.

To configure administrator notification:

  1. Click Notification > To Administrator.

  2. Select Email settings, and update the following details as required:

  3. To: The email addresses of recipients. You can separate multiple email addresses with a semi-colon.

  4. Subject: The subject of the email message.

  5. Message: The body of the email message.

  1. Click Save.

  2. Note: While editing the Message field, make sure to include the token variables <%problem%> , <%reason%> and <%suggesstion%>, which will be replaced by the actual values in the email message.
