There are two situations in which a computer must be manually assessed:
A computer is Unsupported, Deploy failed or cannot be assessed by Vulnerability Assessment (Unassessed). The computer may or may not be blocked as a result of the vulnerabilities found by an assessment task. The system administrator provides a URL to the user. The URL links to the Trend Micro Manual Vulnerability Assessment Tool. The user or the system administrator uses the Tool to manually assess the computer.

A computer is blocked by Network VirusWall. When it attempts to communicate with the network, Network VirusWall displays a Web page in the computer's browser. The page explains how to resolve the vulnerability and manually assess the computer.
