Accessing Agent Communication Schedule

Use the Agent Communication Schedule screen to configure the schedule when agents send information to the Control Manager server.

To access the Agent Communication Schedule screen:

1. Mouseover Administration on the main menu. A drop-down menu appears.

2. Mouseover Settings. A sub-menu appears.

3. Click Agent Communication Schedule from the sub-menu. The Agent Communication Schedule screen appears.
