Configure scheduled deletion of quarantined messages or manually delete quarantined messages from the Quarantine Maintenance screen.
A brief description of the options available on this screen is available below.
Enable automatic maintenance: Select to delete logs automatically.
All quarantined files: Select to delete all quarantined files.
Quarantined files that have never been resent: Select to delete quarantined files that have never been resent.
Quarantined files that have been resent at least once: Select to delete quarantined files that have been resent at least once.
Delete selected files older than: Specify the number of days to keep files before deleting.
Save: Select to save.
Reset: Select to reset to default.
To schedule automatic deletion of quarantined messages:
Log on to the product console.
Click Quarantine from the main menu and click Maintenance from the drop down menu. The Quarantine Maintenance screen displays.
Click the Automatic tab.
Select the files to delete.
Specify the number of days to keep files before deleting.
Click Save.
