Unable to Log On to the SecureCloud Web Console Parent topic

Procedure

  • Ensure that you have the correct service URL.

    The SecureCloud URL for accounts created by resellers/partners via LMP is different from the regular Trend Micro Hosted SecureCloud web console.
    • If you purchased your SecureCloud license from a reseller or partner who created your account via the Licensing Management Platform (LMP), contact the reseller or partner who issued the license.
    • If you lost the correct URL, contact the reseller or partner who issued the license of the account.
  • Enter your password carefully. A leading or trailing blank space will be treated as a part of the string, and this usually causes a logon error.
  • Recover a lost/forgotten password by clicking the Forgot your password? link.
