Do To create a new template before performing this procedure.
From the Edit Report Template screen, click Insert row below to add a new row.
Click Bar Chart in the Working Panel. You may have to click it three or four times to activate it.
Drag and drop the bar chart to a blank row. The row will appear yellow in color.
After dropping the bar chart, click the Edit link. The Edit Bar Chart > Step 1: Data View screen appears.
Select Security Threat Information > Content Violation Information > Summary Information > Content Violation Sender/User in Violation Summary.
Click Next >. The Query Criteria > Step 2: Set Query Criteria screen appears.
In the Custom criteria section, select Filter Type > is equal to > Attachment/File filter from the three drop downs.
Click Next >. The Edit Bar Chart > Step 3: Specify Design screen appears.
Type the following in the Name field: "Top 10 Blocked Files Authors."
From Drag available Fields, click and drag Sender/User in violation and drop it in the Category Field.
From Drag available Fields, click and drag Policy Violation Detection Count and drop it in the Data Field.
Under Data Properties, type "Number of Detections" in the Value label field.
Under Category Properties:
Type "Violator" in the Label name field
Select Aggregation value
Type 10 in the Display top [xx] items field
Click Save.
