Create a Report Template

You can create custom report templates from within the Trend Micro Control Manager (TMCM). This section describes the steps required to create the following templates for PortalProtect:

• Top 10 Content Filtering Policies Triggered

• Top 10 File Blocking Policies Triggered

• Top 10 Filtered File/Web Content Authors

• Top 10 Blocked Files Authors

• Top 10 Authors of File/Web Content Containing Suspicious URLs

To create a new template:

1. Log on the TMCM Web console.

2. Click Logs / Reports > Report Templates. The Report Templates screen appears.

3. Click Add. The Add Report Template screen appears.

4. Type a name for the new template in the Name field, such as: Report Template for PortalProtect 2.0.

5. After completing these steps, perform the steps in one of the five template procedures in this section to create that template. For example: Top 10 Content Filtering Policies Triggered.
