Global Approved List

PortalProtect provides an additional feature called the Global Approved List for Data Protection, Content Filtering and File Blocking. This is a white list that enables the administrator to add Active Directory users and groups for which Data Protection, File Blocking and Content Filtering policies will be excluded. Real-time Content Filtering is available for both documents and Web content.
