Modifying the Approved Senders List Parent topic

Procedure

  1. Specify an email address in the text box.
  2. Click Add. The sender appears in the list.
    To remove a sender, click it in the list, and then click Delete.
  3. To automatically add senders to the Approved Senders list when you mark an email message as Not Spam, select the check box on the bottom of the screen.
    When your administrator has prevented "auto add" Approved Senders behavior and you try to reprocess a message, the original settings you specify are applied (if they exist), and the check box for the "auto add" Approved Senders feature is disabled.
  4. Click Save.
