Managing the Approved Senders List Parent topic

Click Approved Senders on the Spam Quarantine screen to access the Quarantine Settings screen, where you can specify the senders whose email messages (with the exception of viruses or phish) will never be quarantined as spam. Your email administrator specifies the maximum number of senders you can add. In addition, you can automatically have senders added to the list when you mark an email message as "Not Spam".

The Approved Senders List supports a maximum of 100 entries (administrators can set this limit at 25, 50, 75, or 100). New entries are automatically added to the list when When marking messages as "Release", add sender to the approved list is enabled and users release quarantined messages. When the list reaches the maximum number of entries, and a need new entry needs to be added, the oldest entry in the list is removed so the entry can be added.
