I am unable to download images from an FTP server. What should I do?
Verify the following:

The specified server path, user name, and password are correct

Both active and passive modes are enabled on the FTP server

The FTP server supports UTF-8 (in case image names or file paths contain multi-byte
characters)
The Found New Hardware wizard opens when the image is
tested in VirtualBox. Does this affect Virtual Analyzer?
The Found New Hardware wizard automatically runs whenever an image is
transferred from one machine to another. If the Found New Hardware wizard
appears when the image is tested in VirtualBox, it may interfere with the CD/DVD auto-run.
