Control Managerサービスの停止と再起動

次のControl Managerサービスのいずれかを再起動する場合は、Windowsの [サービス] 画面を使用します。

  • Trend Micro Management Infrastructure

  • Trend Micro Common CGI

  • Trend Micro Control Manager

注:

これらは、Windows OSのバックグラウンドで動作するサービスです。アクティベーションコードを必要とするトレンドマイクロサービス (大規模感染予防サービスなど) ではありません。

  1. [スタート] > [プログラム] > [管理ツール] > [サービス] をクリックして、[サービス] 画面を開きます。
  2. 対象の <Control Managerサービス> を右クリックして、[停止] をクリックします。
  3. 対象の <Control Managerサービス> を右クリックして、[開始] をクリックします。
