Configuring Notification Settings

  1. Go to ADMINISTRATION > Notifications.
  2. To configure Action Required or Warnings notifications:
    1. Click the Settings tab.
    2. Specify the recipients in the To field.
      Tip:

      Separate multiple entries with semicolons.

    3. Specify the preface in the Subject preface field.

      Worry-Free Business Security Services adds the preface to the beginning of the email subject.

    4. Click the Action Required or Warnings tab.
    5. Select the check boxes that correspond to the types of events you want to receive notifications about in the Email Notification column.
    6. If available in the Alert Threshold column, specify the number of detections or violations within each time period that trigger a notification.
    7. To customize the subject line and the message body of each event notification, click the notification link in the Type column.

  3. To configure Noteworthy Events notifications:
    Note:

    This feature requires special licensing.

    1. Click the Noteworthy Events tab.
    2. Specify the recipients.

      You can choose to notify the recipients of Action Required and Warning notifications, or specify different email addresses.

    3. Specify how often to receive Noteworthy Events notifications.

      You can choose to receive a notification as soon as an event occurs, or receive accumulative events every few hours.

    4. Specify the subject preface.
  4. Click Save.
