Endpoint Commands and Information: Windows

Use the command menu to perform various tasks on the endpoint and the Information tab to view detailed information about the endpoint.

Table 1. Endpoint Commands
Command	Description
Scans > Start Normal Scan	Starts scanning Mac and Windows endpoints Note: Normal Scan supports Windows Security Agents that are version 5.3 or later and Mac Security Agents that are version 1.7.2801 or later.
Scans > Start Aggressive Scan	Starts an advanced scan to analyze and clean threats that Normal Scan cannot remove Note: Aggressive Scan supports Windows Security Agents that are version 6.3 or later. Running Aggressive Scan may impact endpoint performance and may produce an increased number of false positives.
Scans > Stop Scan	Stops scanning Windows endpoints Note: Stop Scan supports Windows Security Agents that are version 5.3 or later.
Tasks > Update Now	Updates the latest components to the Security Agents Note: Update Now supports the following Security Agent versions: Windows: 6.5 or later Mac: 3.0.1093 or later Android: 9.6 or later
Tasks > Encrypt	Triggers Microsoft BitLocker Drive Encryption to perform full disk encryption on the selected endpoints See Managing Full Disk Encryption for more information.
Tasks > Decrypt	Triggers Microsoft BitLocker Drive Encryption to decrypt the selected endpoints See Managing Full Disk Encryption for more information.
Tasks > Move to Manual Group	Moves endpoints to a specific manual group
Tasks > Restore to Domain OUs	Moves endpoints that already joined an Active Directory domain from a manual group to the domain groups that the endpoints belong to See Restoring Endpoints from Manual to Active Directory Domain Groups for more information.
Tasks > Isolate Endpoint	Disconnects the endpoint from network access
Tasks > Uninstall Security Agent	Windows: Uninstalls the Security Agent from the endpoint and removes the Security Agent from the Worry-Free Services web console Other platforms: After uninstalling the Security Agent locally from the endpoint, use this command to remove the Security Agent from the Worry-Free Services web console Inactive Security Agents: If the Security Agent is removed from the endpoint using other methods, such as reformatting the hard drive, the Security Agent eventually appears as inactive in the Security Agent List. Use this command to remove the Security Agent from the Worry-Free Services web console

Table 2. Information Tab
Section	Description
Overview	Displays information such as the Security Agent status and where the Security Agent locates in the Security Agent Tree Click the last logon user to open the User Details screen. For more information, see User Details.
Assigned Policy	(Available in Advanced Mode) Displays the policy that the endpoint applies Click the policy name to open the Configure Policy screen. For more information , see Windows Policy Settings.
Endpoint Details	Displays system information such as the operating system and IP address of the endpoint
Security Agent Details	Displays information such as scan components and recent manual scan records
