Endpoint reboot status

This release of Worry-Free Services enhances the Security Agent information display to include the reboot status for Windows endpoints in the Device Tree.

Real-Time Scan setting enhancements

Worry-Free Services now allows administrators to enable CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) exploit scanning for files downloaded through web and email channels.

Real-Time Scan settings

This release of Worry-Free Services disables and removes the "Scan mapped drives and shared folders on the network" setting for Real-time Scan.

Mac Security Agent

This release of the Mac Security Agent no longer supports macOS High Sierra.

Windows Security Agent

The Windows Security Agent now supports endpoints running on Windows 10 22H2 and Windows 11 22H2.

Internal User Risk Insights widgets

Worry-Free Services provides the new Internal User Risk Insights widgets that allow administrators to gain insights into the risk trends and affected users in their organizations based on risk event data aggregated from Cloud App Security.

Policy Configuration

This release of Worry-Free Services enables the Unauthorized Change Prevention Service for Windows servers (new domains or groups) by default.

Console language support

The Worry-Free Services management console and the Security Agent console are now available in five new languages - Albanian, Greek, Hungarian, Czech, and Romanian - to provide an enhanced user experience.

Enhanced CVE exploit scanning

Worry-Free Services now includes scanning and quarantine capabilities for malware that attempt to exploit known vulnerabilities in commercially available products based on the Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) system.

Vulnerability Protection exceptions

You can now configure exceptions based on IP addresses for Vulnerability Protection scanning.

Enhanced Web Reputation queries

The Mac Security Agent can send Web Reputation queries for URLs using the HTTPS protocol on supported web browsers (Safari, Chrome, and Firefox).

Windows Security Agent installer download

This release of Worry-Free Services no longer supports Internet Explorer (IE) and Microsoft Edge Legacy web browsers for downloading the Windows Security Agent installer.

Mac Security Agent

This release of the Mac Security Agent no longer supports macOS Sierra.

Noteworthy Events dashboard widget

Worry-Free Services now provides a new dashboard widget to display an overview of the Noteworthy Events discovered in the user’s environment.

Real-Time Scan setting enhancements

Worry-Free Services now allows administrators to configure Real-Time Scan to scan for applications that can terminate processes without the user’s permission. Administrators can also disable this setting from the detection log.

Chromebook protection

Worry-Free Services now supports Chromebooks through a Chrome browser extension. The Chrome extension provides Web Reputation and URL Filtering derived from Windows policy settings.

iOS Security Profile

The iOS Security Profile now supports iOS 14 and iPadOS 14.

Mac Security Agent

The Mac Security Agent now supports macOS Big Sur.

Android Security Agent

The Android Security Agent now supports Android 11.

Email Assessment

Advanced Assessment for Emails now supports the file extension criteria.

Vulnerability Protection

Worry-Free Services now provides an intelligent solution to known Microsoft platform vulnerabilities, as well as proactively preventing vulnerabilities from being exploited.

Worry-Free Services Advanced dashboard menu

The shortcut menu in the upper-right section of the dashboard allows Worry-Free Services Advanced users to easily access Cloud App Security and Email Security. Access to Hosted Email Security will be replaced by Email Security after obtaining the Email Security license.

On-Premises Server Migration Tool

The tool now supports migration of Security Agent and policy settings from an OfficeScan 11 or OfficeScan XG server to the Worry-Free Services web console.

Network Edge XDR Suspicious Object Exchange for Cloud Edge™

Worry-Free Services has expanded its XDR protection to the network layer for Managed Service Providers’ (MSPs’) devices. This introduces an additional layer between email and endpoint protection at the network edge.

To further allow full enforcement, the one-way exchange from Worry-Free to Cloud Edge can block identified suspicious objects on both platforms in real time.

Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud Migration Tool

In addition to supporting migration for Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition, Worry-Free Services has further enhanced the Symantec Endpoint Migration Tool to transfer major group and policy settings from the Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud web console to a specific Worry-Free Services instance.

Role-based access control for managed groups

Worry-Free Services now provides more granular management control for the entire role model. This feature allows you to assign specific managed groups to each user account. Users can only view and manage Security Agents within the specified and default groups based on their access rights to the web console.
