Real-Time Scan setting enhancements

Worry-Free Services now allows administrators to enable CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) exploit scanning for files downloaded through web and email channels.

Real-Time Scan settings

This release of Worry-Free Services disables and removes the "Scan mapped drives and shared folders on the network" setting for Real-time Scan.

Mac Security Agent

This release of the Mac Security Agent no longer supports macOS High Sierra.

Real-Time Scan setting enhancements

Worry-Free Services now allows administrators to configure Real-Time Scan to scan for applications that can terminate processes without the user’s permission. Administrators can also disable this setting from the detection log.

Worry-Free Services now provides an intelligent solution to known Microsoft platform vulnerabilities, as well as proactively preventing vulnerabilities from being exploited.

Worry-Free Services Advanced dashboard menu

The shortcut menu in the upper-right section of the dashboard allows Worry-Free Services Advanced users to easily access Cloud App Security and Email Security. Access to Hosted Email Security will be replaced by Email Security after obtaining the Email Security license.

Network Edge XDR Suspicious Object Exchange for Cloud Edge™

Worry-Free Services has expanded its XDR protection to the network layer for Managed Service Providers’ (MSPs’) devices. This introduces an additional layer between email and endpoint protection at the network edge.

To further allow full enforcement, the one-way exchange from Worry-Free to Cloud Edge can block identified suspicious objects on both platforms in real time.

Role-based access control for managed groups

Worry-Free Services now provides more granular management control for the entire role model. This feature allows you to assign specific managed groups to each user account. Users can only view and manage Security Agents within the specified and default groups based on their access rights to the web console.
