Configuring Real-time Scan

Real-time Scan is a persistent and ongoing scan. Each time a file is opened, downloaded, copied, or modified, Real-time Scan in the Security Agent scans the file for threats.

Note:

Administrators may deny access to this feature.

  1. Click the Settings button () on the main console.
  2. On the Protection tab, select Real-time Scan from the drop-down menu.
  3. Configure the following scan settings:
