Export User Logs

User logs provide a list of account access events for up to the last six months and change history for up to the last 14 days.

Note:

Data collection for this feature starts from December 2020. Account access events and change history data are not available for download prior to this date.

Default support email changed to no-reply

The default email address used to send alerts to your customers has been changed to a no-reply email address.

Important:

You are highly encouraged to change the default support email address so that your customers can contact you in response to email alerts.

Remove the License Pool

The License Pool restriction has been removed for all partners. You are no longer required to refill the License Pool before assigning service plans.

2FA status

Administrators can see the two-factor authentication status of user accounts on the Administration > Company Information screen.

Dashboard widgets for partner sales activities

  • Partners with Decrease in Chargeable Units: You can view partners whose month-over-month chargeable unit sales decreased beyond the configured threshold.

  • Inactive New Partners: You can view new partners that have not sold any full licenses before the configured threshold.
