Managing Product/Service Licenses

Customer Licensing Portal allows you to add new products/services or upgrade trial licenses to the full version. You can also renew and add seats to existing product/service licenses.

  1. Go to Products/Services.

    The Products/Services screen appears.

  2. Click Provide Key.
    Tip:

    If your product is about to expire, you can also click the Renew Now link beside the expiration date.

    The License Key screen appears.

  3. Provide your Activation Code or product key in the field.
  4. Click Continue.

    Check the information that displays.

  5. Read the license agreement carefully and then select the I have read and accept the Trend Micro License Agreement option.
  6. Click Continue.

    The updated product/service information displays on the Products/Services screen.
