User Notifications

Cloud Edge sends user notifications to alert end-users about a policy violation.

Each user notification accepts different message tokens. Some configurable message tokens include:

• %C: shows the URL category accessed by the end-user

• %D: shows details about the event

• %M: shows the file extension

• %P: shows the enforced policy's name

• %T: shows the application type of the URL accessed by the end-user

• %U: shows the URL accessed by the end-user

• %V: shows the detection name

• %X: shows the reason for the user notification
