UserID Sync

All gateways synchronize users and groups every eight hours. Any gateway registered through Cloud Edge Cloud Console automatically triggers a UserID synchronization. If needed, trigger a synchronization by clicking Sync All Gateways.

Synchronized user information includes:

• The user information in LDAP servers if the registered gateway has configured an LDAP server

• The user information in Active Directory servers if the registered gateway has configured an Active Directory server

• The hosted user and group information configured on Cloud Edge Cloud Console
