The Self-Diagnosis app allows you to run diagnostic tests and download tools to troubleshoot common issues with Trend Vision One and the Trend Vision One agent.

The following table outlines the tabs available in the Self-Diagnosis app.

Tab	Description
Diagnostic Tests	Run diagnostic tests to troubleshoot common issues.
Test Results	Check previous test results to continue troubleshooting issues or re-run diagnostic tests.
Tool Download	Install diagnostic tools on the affected endpoints to determine the root cause of common issues.
