Take screenshots of exactly where issues occur, together with console related data to help the support team locate the problem.
You can take and upload up to three screenshots.
You can upload up to 10 files. Each file size cannot exceed 100 MB.
View the case handling progress in the View Case History panel.
To discard the case settings, click Cancel.
To exit the Create Case screen with saved settings, click the back icon ().
The case is saved as draft. You can continue editing by clicking Open Draft Case in the Help and Support panel.
